What are full make pants? Plus

Bills Khakis full make pant styles are fully alterable with extra fabric in the waist, seams & the leg to allowing for a perfect, custom fit.

What is your return policy? Plus

If you need to return your item, please refer to the paperwork received with your package for instructions on returning product. All return merchandise must be received within 30 days of purchase for return to be valid.

All items purchased on clearance are final sale.

Please allow 7 business days after receipt of package for us to process your credit or exchange.

What is the best size for me? Plus

All of our sizing at Bills Khakis follows industry standard specs in that if you are a size medium, then you should choose your similar corresponding size across all our tops or as well as our bottoms. For additional assistance refer to our fit guide or contact customer service for more details.

How do you ship your products? Plus

All orders ship via UPS from our warehouse in Beacon Falls, Connecticut.

Note: free ground shipping on orders $300 or more.

Expedited orders, shipping 3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight, placed by 1:00PM Eastern will ship the same business day.

Shipping prices listed below are for continental USA shipping only.

Expedited Shipping:

3-day $25.00 3 business days, Monday – Friday

2-day $30.00 2 business days, Monday – Friday

Overnight $40.00 1 business day, Monday – Friday

We hope you love what you ordered! If it's not quite what you had in mind, let's make it right. Please call Customer Care at 1-800.43.KHAKI (1-888-954-2547) to select a better choice for you and provide instructions on returning your product for an exchange. All exchange merchandise must be received within 30 days of purchase for exchange to be valid.

For out-of-stock styles, please follow the “notify me when back in stock” link on our product pages for an automated message alerting you when the product is available again for purchase.

Do you have brick & mortar stores? Plus

We currently do not have physical stores, but do sell Bills Khakis at other authorized wholesalers. For a list of where to find Bills Khakis near you please email customer service.

Do you offer a coupon code for new customers? Plus

We do not offer coupons for new customers, but if you join our newsletter you can receive a % off your initial purchase for a limited time only as welcome to the Bills Khakis brand.
