My neighbor has a friend who recently installed all new storm windows in her house. She received a dozen or so calls from the installer looking for payment. After no response, her account was turned over to a collection agency. After threats of legal action, she finally called the collection agency to say that she had no intention of paying the bill because the salesman guaranteed the windows would pay for themselves within a year.
